Welcome to DevHuddle ("we", "our" or "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application community for Android developers to test each other's applications.
By using DevHuddle, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1. Account Information
- Google Authentication: Name, email address, profile picture, and unique ID when you sign in with your Google account
- User ID: Unique identifier generated by Firebase Authentication
- User Profile: Display name, profile picture (avatar), account creation date
2.2. Submitted App Data
- App Information: Application name, package name, Google Play Store link, description, category, minimum Android version
- Visual Content: App icon, screenshots submitted by developers
- Test Requirements: Minimum number of test days, minimum time per day
- Status and Metadata: Submission date, app status, number of active testers
2.3. Test Session Data
- Test History: Apps you tested, apps you submitted
- Test Sessions: Start/end date and time of each session, test duration, tested app identification
- Statistics: Total number of apps tested, number of apps submitted, total test days, accumulated credits
2.4. App Usage Data
- Interactions: Apps viewed, actions performed in the app
- Settings: App preferences, notification settings
- Device Information: List of apps installed on the device (used to verify if the tested app is installed)
2.5. Device Information
- Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers
- App crash and performance information
- IP address and connection information

- Profile Photos: Images uploaded for user profile (stored in Firebase Storage)
- App Screenshots: Images uploaded by developers when submitting applications
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide the Service: Connect developers and testers, manage app submissions, track test sessions, calculate credits and statistics
- Improve the App: Analyze usage patterns to improve features and fix bugs

- Community: Public information from your profile (name, photo) and statistics are visible to other community users. Information about apps you submitted is visible to testers
- Developers: When you test an application, the developer can see aggregated information about tests (number of testers, general statistics), but not personally identifiable information
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or legal process
- Rights Protection: To protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our users
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to:
- Provide our services while you have an active account
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements
If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except data we must retain for legal requirements. Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for analysis purposes.

- Your name and profile photo are visible to other community users
- Your statistics (apps tested, apps submitted) are public
- You can update your profile information at any time

DevHuddle is not directed to children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside your country, where data protection laws may be different. By using DevHuddle, you consent to this transfer.
We use service providers (Firebase/Google) that adhere to internationally recognized data protection frameworks.

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by:
